MH-1 Service lift
Let's start with our MH-1 model. This service lift is designed for the vertical transportation of small loads of no more than 100 kg. Due to its small size, the MH-1 can be installed in small spaces, as the equipment is modular. It can be installed either with a structural enclosure or in a construction space, in accordance with the needs of your business. Let's have a look at this model´s technical data:

• Cabin finished in AISI-304 stainless steel sheet, steel that does not affect the smell and taste of food.
• A removable intermediate tray in the same AISI-304 stainless steel.
• Possibility of up to three loads, on each of the levels.
• Drive system composed of a single-effect indirect push-pull hydraulic cylinder (ratio of 2:1 or 4:1), with a nominal pressure of 30 bar or 60 bar depending on the load.
• Anti-rotation 19x7+0 steel cable traction.
• Pre-assembled 24 V electric control system.
• Floor stops using magnets and magnetic switches.
• Guillotine type doors in AISI 304 stainless steel, with optimal sealing.
• Three-phase electric motor.
• Push-button panel built into the door frame, fitted with stainless steel push-buttons (with an illuminated contour indicating that they are occupied) and a ready-to-use light.
• Soft-start hydraulic shock absorber.
- b. Scope of use
• Load capacity of 50 to 100 kg.
• Nominal speed of 0.40 m/s.
• Maximum travel of 16 m in a 4:1 ratio.
• Not suitable for use by people.

• Safety contact at the end of the travel.
• Hydraulic parachute system.
• Door interlock system and sheets.
• Pressure relief safety valve.

• Heating resistance, to maintain the heat in the cabin.
• Self-supporting sheet metal structure with no closed gaps.

• Folding inspection hatch in AISI-304 stainless steel, on the ground floor.
PH-M Service lift
The PH-M model is designed for heavier loads, with a capacity of up to 3,000 kg in a single column. It can be adapted to a wide range of dimensions, routes and number of stops. Let's move on to the more technical part.

• Non-slip steel floor, which does not affect flavours or aromas.
• Finished in an elegant hammered grey.
• Possibility of up to three loads, on each level.
• AISI-304 stainless steel door, especially for the food industry.
• Surface-mounted exterior push-button panels with a mushroom stop button.
• Anti-rotation 19x7+0 steel cable traction.
• Nominal speed of 0.10 m/s.
• Minimum pit of 200 mm.
• Semi-pre-assembled 24 V electric control. Three-phase or single-phase electric motor (depending on the model).

• Cable loosening control with safety electrical contact.
• Safety contact at the end of the trip.
• Pressure relief safety valve.
