Introduction
As we approach 2025, it is time to look back and reflect on the road we have travelled. While some prefer to focus only on the positive and others on the negative, it is always wise to strike a balance: The good pushes us to keep growing in the right direction, and the not-so-good teaches us valuablelessons for improvment.
This time, in the festive atmosphere of Christmas, we have decided to celebrate the best of 2024, a year that has been one great growth for our company. Thet is why we have reserved this space to share with ypu 5 of the major milestones and project that have shaped our year.
Opening of branches in Motril and Vélez-Málaga
With the aim of bringing our services closer to more customers on the Costa Tropical, we opened new offices in Motril and Vélez-Málaga. The Motril branch, located on Rambla de Capuchinos 20, and the Vélez-Málaga branch, on Calle José López Solórzano 2, allow us to offer a more personalised and efficient service, stregthening our commitment to quality and proximity.
With these additions, we add great professionals to the team, who are now part of the great General Elevadores family. This branch offers refurbishment, accessibility, after-sales and 24-hour emergency services.
Opening of the new head office in Marbella
In April, we opened our premises in Marbella. The opening of our Marbella branch represents a significant step in our expansion strategy. This new facility gives us the opportunity to serve our customers on the Costa del Sol more directly, offering solutions that meet the needs of the most demanding customers in this area. To do this, we added 5 people to the team, working as area delegate, technical manager, sales and technical staff.
Renovation of offices in Albacete
This renovation allows us to offer a more modern and functional space to better serve our customer base, guaranteeing the same quality and professionalism that has always characterised us since our foundation. With these improvements, we strengthen our commitment to provide the best solutions for the installation and maintenance of lift equipment.
Awarding of the maintenance contract for 124 public schools ad 109 municipal buildings in Sevill...and much more
This contract, secured in November, includes the development of automatic doors, barriers, opening systems, reception and distribution of radio and television broadcasting signals, among other essential services. A great way to end the year!
We have also made progress with important projects throughout Andalusia:
- Installation of a lift in the municipal building used for the Archaeological Museum of Frigiliana.
- Replacement of 15 lifts in the El Saladillo neighbourhood of Algeciras, improving accessibility and quality of life for its residents.
- Installation of a Domovil lift at the University of Cordoba, specifically in the Faculty of Medicine and Nursing, adapting to the needs of the educational environment.
- Installation of 13 lifts in blocks that did not have this infrastructure in Calle Ginés de los Ríos, in Ronda (Málaga).
